Zing Fling On-line Auction

Amazing Auction: Welcome to Amazing Things' 2011 Auction Fundraiser.  This on-line auction features donations by local artists, businesses, and the Amazing Things Arts Center community.  This fundraiser is the most important event of the year to Amazing Things as it supports our operations and helps us continue to bring Amazing artists to the local community.

Where and When: The on-line auction begins in early October and runs until noon on November 11 - be sure to visit the site often to view and bid on a host of exciting items! And, watch for new item announcements throughout the auction period. Our annual Zing Fling member mixer will be held right after the auction concludes with our annual election on November 12 at 7:30 PM. This year the event will once again be a pot luck at our venue at 160 Hollis Street in downtown Framingham. This year will feature a showcase of local talent from our open mike events. Please come on by!! The election for members only will be held from 7:00-7:30 p.m.

All are invited to the reception, entertainment and the live auction. The event runs from 7:30-10PM.

Great Works of Art: All items can be viewed on the web site. Many of the donated ART pieces can also be seen in person at the Center in the performance hall until the Zing Fling event. The center is open noon to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday every week.

Auction Details:

1. Bids are made in whole dollars and in $1 - $25 increments (depending on the value of the item bid). Bids are commitments to Amazing Things.

2. Highest bidder for each item will be able to pick up and pay for their items on or after the Zing Fling on November 12.

3. Please bring payment and identification at time of pick-up: cash, check, American Express, Visa or MasterCard.

4. In the event that you cannot attend the mixer, you may come by the Arts Center to pick up your items from Tuesday through Saturday from 12-6 at Amazing Things Arts Center until the end of November.

5. You will be asked to register with your first and last names, phone and email for both the on-line and live auction. A phone number is necessary to confirm winners.
